• The food served on the bus contains shrimp, dried shrimps, peanuts, and pork. People with food allergies and religious people should be careful.
• If you need a vegetarian menu, please call the service hotline two days before boarding to make arrangements. Thank you.
• Seats must be appropriately arranged according to the on-site conditions. They may be arranged to sit separately or set up a table, so please pay attention!
• Luggage restrictions: No luggage is allowed on the bus
• Reservation restrictions: This product is the same price for all sizes. Infants aged 2 years old (not included) are free if they do not occupy a seat. Please arrive 20 minutes in advance to check the information. Fees for latecomers are non-refundable.
• Note on full seats: Due to limited seats on each floor of the Crystal Bus, if the seat you reserved is full, please rebook for another date or seat after receiving the cancellation notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!
• If the bus encounters some force majeure factors and is unable to depart, including but not limited to bus breakdown, traffic accident, traffic diversion or weather factors, customer service will arrange refunds or rescheduling for customers who have booked tickets.
• Within 3 hours before departure, the Hong Kong Observatory issues a tropical cyclone warning No. 8 or above, and customer service will arrange refunds or rescheduling for customers who have booked tickets.
• Within 3 hours before departure, the Hong Kong Astronomical Service issues a black rainstorm warning, and customer service will arrange refunds or rescheduling for customers who have booked tickets.
• Starting from December 2017, the entire Crystal Bus route will be expanded to two buses, and passengers will not be able to choose a bus after purchasing tickets.
• In case of any dispute, all rights of interpretation belong to Hong Kong Crystal Bus Company.
