• Free airport pick-up service is provided from 09:00 to 22:00, it’s recommended to arrive at the airport before 19:00
• For flights arriving after midnight, an additional day of accommodation booking is necessary since the check-in time is regulated at 16:00. Please note that Yellowknife airport doesn’t provide accommodation service
• In the event of a flight cancellation, kindly reach out to customer service beforehand to reschedule your airport transfer

[Day 1]

Your guide will pick you up at Yellowknife Airport and take you to your hotel.

At night, escape the city’s bustle to enjoy a light-pollution-free aurora experience. Your guide will share aurora science and legends while helping you capture stunning photos of the magical display in the starry sky.

[Day 2]

During the day, explore Yellowknife at your own pace. (For additional activity bookings, please consult customer service in advance.) At night, visit the ideal spot to view the aurora, with guidance on camera settings to capture its beauty and create lasting memories.

Check out of your hotel and ride the airport transfer service

• Hotels in Yellowknife are in high demand. During peak seasons, hotel rooms are not guaranteed. After booking, the local travel agency must reconfirm with the hotel. We appreciate your patience 
• Actual room size and room types will be dependent on hotel availability. Booking the hotel that travelers wish to stay at is not guaranteed. During peak season, it is possible to reserve smoking rooms only. Please notify in the ‘Notes’ section if travelers do not wish to stay in smoking rooms 
• If hotel rooms are unavailable during peak season, similar hotel arrangements will be made; travelers will be requested to make up price differences if needed

一 Winter Gear Information 一 

• The weather in Yellowknife is severely cold in winter, the winter gear set is an all-inclusive package featuring a cozy down jacket, snug gloves, a protective mask, sturdy snowshoes, and resilient snow pants 
• Please note that winter gear rentals are available for adults only, parents should bring winter clothes for children under 12 
• The quantity of winter gear is limited on a first-come, first-served basis. In the case of a shortage of size, the nearest size will be substituted 
• Winter gear will be delivered to the hotel on the start day of the package tour and will be collected after the last night of the tour 
• Please refer to the size chart of winter gear below. This table is based on European and American specifications. It is recommended that Asian travelers choose a smaller size
