Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• Please provide accurate flight information and hotel address when making a reservation.
• Pick-up service must be reserved 6 hours prior to flight arrival, and drop-off service must be reserved 12 hours prior to flight departure.
• Otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled.
• Please be sure to include your contact information to ensure smooth communication with the driver.
• The pick-up service is free and will wait for approximately 90 minutes from the actual arrival time of the flight. If it exceeds 90 minutes, an additional fee will be charged. If you have any other requests, please indicate them in the remarks section when making your reservation.
• Sanding service is free and waits for approximately 15 minutes. Additional charges will apply if it exceeds 15 minutes.
• Additional charges are calculated based on 1 hour, and even if it is less than 1 hour, it is considered 1 hour. Please pay the additional charge of 20,000 won per hour in cash to the driver.
• If you require the driver's sign waiting service, an additional fee of 40,000 won will be charged and must be paid in cash to the driver on the day.
• When making a reservation, please check the number of passengers that can ride in the vehicle and accurately inform us of the actual number of passengers, number/size of luggage, number of child car seats, etc. If the reservation details do not match the actual situation, the company may refuse boarding.
• ⚠️ All of our travel itineraries do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities have certain risks and dangers. Guests should assess their own health and abilities. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or harm caused by accidents or unforeseen factors.
