Airport pick-up (for both domestic and international flights):
- Meeting point: In front of Gate 3 of the departure hall on the 2nd floor
Please note that the meeting place is the Departure hall on the 2nd floor, not the Arrival hall on the 1st floor. Upon arrival, go up to the second floor and come out in front of Gate 3 to meet the driver
- Detailed pick-up location information will be emailed to you after booking
- The driver will wait for a maximum of 90 minutes, depending on the arrival time of the flight. Any delay caused by personal reasons after 90 minutes will be considered a no-show
- In case of a flight delay, the driver will wait according to the delay time, and no additional fee will be charged
- When booking, please provide the flight number and the number of pieces of luggage
- If the number of passengers or luggage does not match the booking information, you may be refused service on the spot. No cancellation or refund will be provided (100% non-refundable)

Drop-off from the hotel
- Meeting point: The driver will be waiting at the hotel entrance at the requested time by the guest
- Travel time to airport: The minimum travel time from Gijang/Haeundae to the airport is 1 hour, and the maximum is 1 hour and 30 minutes. Please note that there may be traffic jams on weekends and during commuting hours
