In the case of force majeure including but not limited to attraction closure due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances or adverse traffic or weather conditions,etc, the local tour company has the right to modify alternative arrangements or cancel the itinerary. No prior notice and no compensation would be provided

  • The tour guide will purchase optional activities for you. If you do not wish to join any optional activities, you may enjoy free time and meet up with the tour guide at the designated time and point
  • All tickets shall be purchased by the tour guide. Travelers are not allowed to use tickets they purchased on their own (e.g. City Pass)
  • The price details are for reference only. Please refer to each attractions' on-site announcement for ticket details. If tourists insist on using their own tickets, the local tour operator will not provide transportation or tour guide services for the day
  • Please do not bring the following items when entering Antelope Canyon: suitcases (including carry-on luggages), selfie sticks, tripods, strollers, drones, pets, etc
  • Travelers are advised to bring sunglasses, sun protection, hats, jacket for cold weathers, closed-toed shoes and personal medication
  • In the event of force majeure factors such as weather, war, and strikes, which make it impossible to visit the destination, the local travel agency will make every effort to ensure the safety for customers and their property. The local travel agency reserves the right to cancel or adjust part or all of the itinerary and shall not be liable for any direct or indirect liability arising from force majeure. No refunds will be given for fees already paid
