– Minivan: accommodate up to 4 passengers
– Minibus: accommodate up to 7 passengers
Luggage Capacity: each traveler may carry 1 piece of checked luggage (the sum of luggage length, width, and height must not exceed 158 cm) and 1 carry-on item not occupying a seat (e.g. laptop bag, small bag)
If you want to have a more comfortable riding space, it is recommended to order a vehicle type with “capable occupants > actual occupants”
Driver reserves the right to decline the service if exceeding the maximum luggage capacity, travelers will be required to pay for the surcharge of the additional vehicle to transport the luggage
Strollers are considered as checked luggage. Travelers who wish to bring a stroller must inform customer service when booking.

Meet and Greet service (optional depending on your package selection)
Service Time: 24 hours
Meeting Point: The arrival hall of your flight (please refer to your voucher for exact location)
Grace Period:
-Domestic flight: requires the driver to wait for 75 minutes after the plane has landed.
-International flight: requires the driver to wait for 90 minutes after the plane has landed.
If you are unable to come out on time due to delays in the customs process, please contact the driver in advance to discuss the solution
Your driver will be waiting in the airport lobby holding a sign with the traveler’s name if the package you selected include Meet and Greet service
A surcharge will apply to overtime service if you exceed the grace period, with fees (subject to change) to be paid on-site
The overtime service availability will depend on the driver’s schedule. It is not guaranteed.
In the event of strikes, road maintenance, traffic congestion, or force majeure causing travelers to miss their flights, refunds will not be granted

Service Time: 24 hours
Meeting Point: The lobby of your hotel or other allowed hotel locations
Meeting Time: Your selected time (3.5 – 4 hours before the departure time of your flight)
Grace Period: 15 minutes
In the event of strikes, road maintenance, traffic congestion, or force majeure causing travelers to miss their flights, refunds will not be granted
A surcharge will apply to overtime service if you exceed the grace period, with fees (subject to change) to be paid on-site
