Airport Pick-up and Drop-off

• If you want to meet at the airport, you must provide the airport name, flight number, and arrival time. (Additional cost applies and it varies by vehicle)

Price Related Information

• When meeting or drop off at the airport or near the airport. There is an extra charge. Car costs THB 200 / MPV and VAN cost THB 300
• Additional costs may apply for areas outside of Bangkok. (Thonburi, Rama 2, Bangna, and the airport are outskirts.)
• Additional vehicle use costs THB 200 / per hour (Any vehicle type)

Booking Information

• If you request an additional vehicle on the day, it may be difficult to use the additional vehicle due to different driver schedules. Therefore, if you want to use a vehicle for more than 10 hours, please contact us in advance. 
• The time required due to traffic congestion is also included in the selected time.
• If you suddenly change the moving area on the day (moving to a different location than the reserved pick-up or drop-off location), changes are not possible.
• For driver information, please check the voucher link sent to you via message 1 day before the use date. 
• If you have a lot of luggage, please select VAN.
• The hotel meeting place is the 1st floor lobby. If there are more than 2 lobby lights, you must inform us of the building name in advance. 
• The insurance provided only applies to vehicle accidents that occur during the move.
