Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Reservations can be made for one person or more, with a minimum requirement of four participants. If the minimum number is not met, individuals will be contacted two days prior to departure
• Children under 36 months can join free of charge, but there is no assigned seating (except for Option 5, which is free for children under 24 months). Proof of age must be presented
• The schedule is for reference only and arrival time in Seoul may be delayed depending on traffic conditions on the day
• The order of the tour attractions may change depending on traffic conditions on the day
• For Option 8 Private Tour, the start and end locations must be in Seoul. The basic private tour duration is 10 hours. If this time is exceeded, an additional fee of KRW 25,000 per hour can be paid in cash to the driver on-site
• When making a reservation for Option 8, select the option that corresponds to the number of participants (e.g., if two people are participating, do not select the option for 4-6 people)
• For Option 5 and Option 8 (if participating in Legoland), children over 24 months must be included in the total number of participants, and children under 24 months must provide proof of age
