  • BritRail Passes are valid for travel in non-reserved seats
  • Reservations are required for high-speed trains, scenic trains, and sleeper trains, and will incur additional fees
  • Travellers are recommended to pre-book seats during peak times, around national bank holidays, for long-haul routes, or on routes with infrequent departures

— Rail Coverage —

  • Enjoy unlimited travel on the entire National Rail network in England, Scotland, and Wales
  • London Airport Express Trains:
    – Heathrow Express: From Heathrow Airport to London Paddington Station
    – Gatwick Express: From Gatwick Airport to London Victoria Station
    – Stansted Express: From Stansted Airport to London Liverpool Station
    – Please note that using your pass to access the airport express trains will count as a day’s use on your pass
  • BritRail Passes are not valid on the following lines: Eurostar, Tyne and Wear Metro Trains (Newcastle-upon-Tyne area), Glasgow Underground trains, Manchester Metrolink, road links between airports and railway stations, Docklands Light Railway, tram links, privately owned railways, steam services, London Underground trains and buses, ships, hovercraft, or any other services not operated by National Rail

  • Please download your e-voucher in advance. We also recommend carrying a printed voucher
  • Please bring your passport for identity verification
  • Your BritRail Pass provides unlimited rides on covered rail networks throughout the validity period
  • In case of flight or train delays, or a strike, please contact our customer service before your redemption date to reschedule. Your original booking will be cancelled, and you will need to place a new order. Please be aware that a small fine and service charge will be deducted from your refund (Fine: refer to your voucher, usually 15% if not specified otherwise/service charge: NTD400)
  • Lost and stolen passes will not be refunded
  • The pass must be redeemed within 11 months after purchase
  • Travellers must have a train pass and visa, including for countries the train passes through without disembarking
  • Only train passes that are invalid and completely unused are eligible for a refund. Refund requests must be processed within 11 months from the date of invoicing
  • When requesting a refund, the payment will be deducted according to the prescribed fines and handling fees. Please ensure you have all tickets, including the pass and reservation card, available for the supplier to handle the follow-up process. Lost tickets will not be processed
  • The supplier cannot be held responsible for any losses you may suffer due to strikes, shuttle delays, interruptions in connections, or theft or loss of luggage. In the event of an emergency as listed above, you can follow the rules for changing or refunding tickets
