• Ticket collection method: Use the last four digits of the mobile phone number filled in when purchasing the ticket + the ticket collection voucher code to convert the QR code to https://xzx.chimelong.com/scenicReserve, or use the above information to exchange for a paper ticket at the park’s manual ticket window. It is valid for entry only once.
• [Exclusive for Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Overseas] Plan: Only applicable to residents of Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and overseas regions. Each guest must present one of the following three identification documents for identification upon entry: ① Hong Kong/Macau Special Administrative Region Home Return Permit/ID Card (permanent or non-permanent residents)/Passport; ② Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents or Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents of the People's Republic of China; ③ Passport for citizens of overseas countries. If you are unable to present the relevant documents and tickets at the same time, you will need to purchase the corresponding ticket at the on-site store price to enter the park.
• To redeem a parent-child ticket or a family ticket, you must present the original valid ID of the person who ordered it
• Free admission: Children under 3 years old or under 1.0 meter in height on the day of the visit; one adult with a ticket can only bring one free child into the park (a purchasing adult refers to a ticket purchaser who is 18 years old or above on the day of the visit).
• Children must be accompanied by at least one adult
• To ensure public safety, visitors (audiences) entering Chimelong theme parks and circus performance venues must undergo security checks. Please take the initiative to open your bags and cooperate with the security checks. It is strictly prohibited to bring controlled instruments, firearms and ammunition, flammable and explosive items, and other prohibited items stipulated by laws and regulations into the park (venue).
• To ensure the safety of animals in the park, Chimelong Safari Park, Chimelong Bird Park, and Chimelong Ocean Kingdom do not allow visitors to bring in other food and drinks, except for baby food and an appropriate amount of drinking water. Visitors (audiences) may bring in food and drinks for their own consumption to other theme parks in Chimelong (including Chimelong Paradise, Chimelong Water Park, etc.) and circus venues, but are not allowed to bring in food that needs to be heated, reheated, processed, refrigerated or kept warm (such as instant noodles that need to be heated and food with self-heating function, etc.), food with pungent odor (such as durian, etc.), and other food that is not suitable for bringing into the park.
• Some facilities have height and physical requirements. Please consider your own health conditions before playing.
• In severe weather conditions that cannot meet the requirements for safe operation of equipment (such as lightning, rain, snow, hail, heavy fog, heavy rain, typhoons, etc.), some large-scale outdoor amusement projects will be suspended and park performances will be temporarily canceled or partially canceled.
