• In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Tickets are not provided for travelers under 3 years of age and must be purchased on site.
• Please make sure to arrive at the correct meeting point well in advance. Since we have to pick up guests from multiple boarding points, the bus can only wait 5 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. If you are late, there will be no change in schedule or refund.
• Skiing is a relatively intense and dangerous sport. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance or accident insurance before leaving for Korea.
• Ski equipment must be booked in advance, and changes to the package or refunds cannot be requested on site. We recommend booking in advance.
• For safety reasons, it is prohibited to walk on the slopes with portable equipment within the ski resort. If you do not have ski equipment, you will not be allowed to enter the ski resort and you will only be allowed to rest in the dining area.
• . In the event of a collision with another tourist while skiing, only on-site interpretation and communication will be provided, and the traveler will be responsible for any medical expenses or compensation.
• Skiing is an outdoor sport with a risk of injury, so it is recommended that you bring your own warm and waterproof ski gloves, ski helmet, knee pads, and hip pads. If you don't have them, you can buy them on site. Waterproof gloves start at 15,000 won, and ski helmets and protective gear are 10,000 won each.
