• A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
• The day before departure, the driver will contact the customer via Whatsapp/Line/Wechat. Please check the information and reply carefully.
• Please be sure to arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes prior to departure. Guests arriving after departure will be considered to be automatically cancelled. Fees are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
• Please note that cherry blossoms, canola flowers and roses are in full bloom due to the weather. We cannot guarantee or refund the price.
• Samcheok Marine Railway Bicycle is a bicycle for 4 people and will be arranged according to the number of people on the day. If you want to ride one bicycle for 2 people, you have to pay an additional fee of KRW 10,000 on site.
• Please take care of your belongings when participating in the trip, and be responsible for any loss or fall.
• The means of transport used in the itinerary have been purchased by the Government, and it is recommended that passengers purchase travel insurance on their own to strengthen their own protection.
• Please note that the bus departs on time and to ensure that all passengers' rights and interests are fairly protected, do not contact or wait for passengers separately prior to departure on the day. Please be sure to meet the meeting time and arrive at the meeting place in advance. No refund for late arrival due to personal reasons.
