• Required information when booking: Passenger name, contact details, emergency contact, pick-up location, drop-off location, number of passengers, tour route.
• A full refund will be issued for cancellations due to natural disasters.
• No refunds will be given if you enter an incorrect pickup time or location. Please be sure to enter it accurately.
• After payment, you must receive a final confirmation voucher to complete your reservation. If your voucher has not been sent even after 24 hours of booking, please contact MOVV customer service.
• For this product, shoppers and vehicle information can be checked through the MOVV app, so please be sure to download the app.
• If the first boarding or disembarkation point is the airport, separate charges may apply. Please inquire before the date of use. (Not available upon same-day request)
• If a problem occurs during use, you can communicate in real time through the customer center within the 'MOVV' app.
• Cases where refunds are not possible: Cancellation when the usage time has passed / Cancellation when less than 24 hours remain until the usage time / Failure to board the vehicle within 1 hour from the usage time / Cancellation of reservation due to the reservationist's fault or failure to board the vehicle (e.g. usage) Incorrect input of date, time, pickup address, etc.)
