• Please carry your passport and valuables with you during the trip and keep them properly. If they are lost, stolen, or damaged, you are responsible for your own responsibility.
• There are certain risks and potential dangers in outdoor activities and skiing activities. When considering accepting a tour package or providing any activities during the trip, guests must evaluate whether they are suitable for the meal based on their own health or ability. When an accident occurs due to force majeure or physical injuries or casualties occur due to unpredictable factors, the supplier's staff and related personnel only assume the obligation to provide rescue; the supplier and other members do not assume any responsibility for the injured or casualties.
• Skiing is a high-risk activity and may cause injury to a third party (third parties include other users and staff at the venue, etc.). Guests are advised to confirm whether the travel insurance purchased includes third-party insurance.
• It is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance at your departure point before participating in this activity.
• No refunds will be given to participants who are late or do not arrive at the meeting point at the designated time.
• The order of the tour schedule may change based on regional weather and traffic conditions.
• Vehicles are arranged according to the final number of people in the group. If you need to bring luggage, please contact customer service in advance after booking.
• SKI/SNOW BOARD group. Will set off together with the car.
• Children's ski equipment: the minimum size is: 20CM (calculated according to the length of the sole), the maximum size for adults is: 30CM (calculated according to the length of the sole)
• You must wear ski equipment to enter the ski resort. Infants and non-skiers will not be able to enter the ski resort because they do not have equipment.
• SNOW BOARDThose under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult to participate in this project.
• ⚠️All our company’s travel itineraries do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities present specific risks and hazards. Guests must assess their own health or abilities. The Company is not responsible for any physical damage or injury caused by accidental or unforeseen factors.
• Warm reminder: As the weather warms up, the snow quality in ski resorts becomes unstable from the end of February, so please pay more attention when booking.

• The resort does not provide personal toiletries in the rooms. Please bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush, cotton swabs and comb. A hairdryer, small towels, soap, shower gel, and shampoo are provided in the room. Please bring other necessary items by yourself.
• The resort room is a one-bed room with a heated floor-to-ceiling heated bed room. There will be one large bed or two small beds. When there are more than 2 people staying, the extra person must make a bed. The bed set will be in the cabinet and you can take it out by yourself.
