— Important Information —

• Pick-Up Point: When booking, please include the name of your hotel in English. The car rental representative will meet you in the lobby of your hotel and transport you to the car rental office
  *Airport pick up is not available; instead, travelers must provide the name and address of the hotel in the Requests & Remarks section when booking
• Pick-Up Time: Please select your preferred time when booking; the earliest pick-up time is 2 hours after your flight arrival time (i.e. flight arrival time is 10:00 am, the hotel pick-up time please fill in 12:00 pm)
• Return Point: Please return the vehicle to the original vehicle pick-up location. After returning the car, staff will transport guests to their hotel or airport. (The drive back to the airport is dependent on the situation at the car rental company; if the guest cannot be driven to the airport, staff will drive guests back to the hotel)
• Rental office opening hours: 8:30 am–6:00 pm
• Rental Time: The rental period will be calculated on a 24-hour basis (i.e. if you rent a car at 10:00 am on July 1, the returning time will be before 10:00 am on July 2. If the car is returned 6 hours after returning time, a day surcharge will apply)
• Travelers must bring the following:
  1. Taiwan driver’s license (must be held for over a year)
  2. International license
  3. Credit card
  4. Passport
  5. Reservation letter
  *The holder’s name of the above documents must be the same

— Insurance Information —
*If you need the following insurance, please make a request and pay the applicable fees on-site (fees are subject to change)
1. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): US$18/day
2. Zero Deductible Waiver (ZDC): US$9/day (purchase of CDW must be done before purchasing ZDC)
3. LUW: US$10 day (operating loss will be covered by this insurance during car repair)
4. Additional Driver Free of Charge: US$10/day (any additional drivers apart from the original driver must pay this fee)
5. Child Car Seat: US$5/day
6. GPS Navigator: US$3/day

— Fuel Cost —

• Return with full tank or pay for the usage
  – Please return your vehicle with a full tank of gas, or you will be charged for the fuel used. The rental company will charge a higher rate for each gallon or liter of fuel than gas stations. The cost of returning your vehicle with a full tank is determined by the price of gasoline and the size of the tank

— How to Deal with Accidents —

• Please report to the police and the supplier
• Call the number specified on the voucher
• Take note of the police officer’s name and department
• Take note of other parties’ names, addresses, driver’s license number, insurance company, and insurance number
