For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Meals are not included for children under the age of 2
• The itinerary may end early or change due to public holidays of various facilities or limited visiting time
• The itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic jams or bad weather
• The time to visit each scenic spot is determined according to the traffic conditions on the road or the number of participants on the day
• No refunds will be given to guests who abandon the itinerary due to personal reasons
• Late arrivals due to traffic who are unable to participate in the itinerary will be regarded automatically canceled, and no refunds will be granted
• Due to transportation, road circumstances, or public holidays, the schedule may change and arrival at the return location may be delayed. Guests who take a taxi or remain overnight will not be compensated for those extra expenses
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the bus, and there are no restrooms. Seats cannot be assigned
• When Hyogo Prefectural Park Awaji Hanasajiki is closed, it will be changed to Awaji Kaikyo National Park instead
• The restaurant for lunch cannot be selected and is subject to the arrangement on the tour day. Meal contents may change depending on the availability of ingredients on the day.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the restaurant. Drinks are available for purchase at additional costs in the restaurant
• To access the photo spot next to A Happy Pancake, you are required to order a pancake and a drink
• Please note that A Happy Pancake does not take reservation and guests must queue on-site
