For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing and bring a coat
• The provided itinerary includes an estimated arrival time, but traffic conditions are unpredictable. It's advisable not to schedule any activities for that evening
• Local agency reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tour due to traffic, weather or other unforeseen conditions
• Please note that the itinerary or the duration of stay at each attraction may be adjusted due to factors such as traffic congestion or facility maintenance
• If the road to Mt. Fuji 5th Station is closed due to unexpected weather or traffic conditions, the itinerary may be changed to Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Jinja
• Refunds will not be granted to travelers who do not wish to attend all the attractions on the itinerary
• Mikitravel does not offer refunds for missed tours due to late arrival, and the itinerary cannot be rearranged
• Please note that this tour offers Chinese, Japanese, and English services. You can request an English-speaking guide in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking, but this service is not guaranteed. If no special requests are made, a Chinese-speaking guide will be provided
• Additional fees will apply for meals for children under age 6. Please inform the tour guide and pay on-site
• If children under the age of 6 need to occupy a seat, please purchase a child ticket
• Mt. Fuji Panorama Ropeway cannot be reserved in advance and requires queuing on site. If the Fuji Panorama Ropeway is temporarily suspended due to weather conditions announced by the authority, or if the subsequent itinerary may be significantly delayed due to queuing, the Lake Kawaguchi Ensoleille cruise will be arranged instead
• Vehicles are assigned based on group size. For smaller groups, the driver and accompanying staff will provide full tour services without an additional team leader
• Please note that the best viewing period for flowers or red leaves may be affected by weather conditions. The trip will not be suspended or refunded due to this
• Due to the large number of people during the flower season/maple viewing season, there may be serious traffic jams, so it is recommended to bring light food.
• The weather conditions will slightly affect the flower viewing period or maple viewing period. Please note that after the tour is confirmed, the tour will depart regardless of the flower/foliage situation
• If the trip is terminated due to force majeure factors like weather conditions or natural disasters after departure, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on actual expenses incurred. However, return transportation, local accommodation, and other additional costs will be at the travelers' expense
• Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a traveler over the age of 18, or they will not be allowed to participate
• During the tour, bus and restaurant seating may be shared with fellow travelers from the same group. Seating arrangements will depend on the tour guide and the facility's setup on the day of the tour
• If you need to leave the group during the tour, please notify the tour leader of your intended departure location on the day of the tour. After signing the voluntary departure agreement provided by the tour leader, you may leave the group at the designated location
• From December 10 to December 20, 2024, the Mt. Fuji Panoramic Ropeway will undergo annual maintenance and be out of service. The itinerary will be adjusted to include a ride on the Lake Kawaguchiko Ensoleille sightseeing cruise. If the Kawaguchiko Ensoleille cruise is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund will be issued
