• All travelers are required to sign a waiver and agree to all terms and conditions specified in the waiver. Ineligible travelers and travelers who fail to comply with the aforementioned regulation are not allowed to participate in this tour, and refunds will not be granted
• For the safety of the animals, travelers are required not to use artificial nails or anything that can potentially fall off in the water, such as sunglasses, glasses, rings, bracelets, necklaces, hair ties, etc.
• Please bring your passport for verification purposes
• Please note that the supplier reserves the right to cancel any session due to unexpected circumstances as well as the safety of the animals
• Please note that all behaviors which threaten the safety of the animals, other people, or an individual themselves (e.g. unruly or disruptive behavior, or failure to follow directions) will result in removal of the offending individual from the activity without a refund
