Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 90% will apply

• Heyo Base is a gel nail service shop.
• Only those aged 16 and above can use the service.
• If you visit later than the reservation time, you cannot use it.
• If you have a Korean number, please forward it. If not, please give us a social media account where we can reach you,
• If there is an additional charge, please pay on site. If removal is necessary, an additional charge of 20,000 won will be incurred. Additional charges may also apply if art/extension is required, so we will inform you on site and assist you with payment.
