For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• In the event of flight delays or cancellations, bus departure times may be adjusted as an emergency measure. If a flight is delayed or canceled, and the customer is unable to board the flight on the scheduled day, they will be transferred to a flight on the next day or later. Alternatively, they may be advised of other means of transportation (with any associated costs to be borne by the customer). However, please note that in such circumstances, we will not be responsible for securing alternate flights or alternative means of transportation
• Please note that all courses require reservations, and the bus will not stop at pick-up points (meeting points) or drop-off points without them
• Generally, we will not wait for customers who do not arrive by the departure time. In such cases, the event will be treated as 'non-participation without notification.' Please take note of this policy
• There may be suspensions or delays in service due to road conditions, weather conditions, etc.
• If there is a concern about connecting to the aircraft, we may advise you of other means of transportation, such as stopping at the nearest JR station. Please note that any costs associated with this will be borne by the customer
• The vehicle will be selected based on the reservation size, ranging from a large bus to a small bus, and in certain circumstances, it may be a jumbo taxi or a small taxi
• Seats are non-reserved. Please be aware that seats may be assigned in the event of full occupancy or for other reasons
• Kindly cooperate by fastening your seat belt
• Kindly refrain from riding the bus wearing ski or board boots, as it can be slippery and extremely dangerous
• The trunk of the vehicle can only accommodate ski equipment and one additional item of luggage
• If you bring skis or snowboards, please bring them in a special bag or case. We ask for your cooperation, as this may cause damage to your luggage when loading and unloading onto the bus, or in the trunk while the bus is in motion
