Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 20 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 15:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Please arrive at the designated location 20 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes early. The bus will depart promptly without waiting for latecomers. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show with no refund
• Vehicles will be assigned based on the number of participants. In small tour groups, the driver will be the sole service provider. No additional tour operator will be present in such cases
• Japanese participants may also be part of the tour group. A foreign language tour operator or interpreter will accompany the tour to provide important details in the chosen language. However, guided service at scenic spots will not be available in your chosen language
• Please confirm with the tour operator on the day as meeting and dissolution places may change
• The itinerary sequence may be altered due to road conditions
• The planned travel itinerary may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic and weather conditions. The duration of stops at attractions may change, and some attractions may be canceled. Please keep in mind that the arrival time for the return trip may also be significantly delayed
• Flower and foliage viewing periods may be adjusted due to weather conditions and the tour will proceed regardless. Changes in flowering and foliage conditions are not valid reasons for cancellation
• Wear slip-resistant shoes and comfortable clothing for the tour
• Confirm the tour number at the meeting place, the first floor of Ginza Tokyu Plaza (1-minute walk from Exit C2/C3 of Subway Ginza Station)
• If you need to bring large-sized luggage, please indicate in the "Requests & Remarks" column during booking, as car space is limited
• In the event of a temporary closure of Hitachi Seaside Park, the admission fee will be refunded
• Take personal and financial safety precautions during free activities. You are responsible for any accidents or losses incurred if you disregard advice or guidelines
• The above itinerary is an estimated arrival time, and traffic conditions cannot be controlled. Please avoid arranging activities that night
• In the event of trip termination due to force majeure like weather or disasters, refunds will be based on actual expenses, excluding return transportation and additional costs, which are the responsibility of the passenger
• Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a traveler over the age of 18, or they will not be allowed to participate
• During the tour, bus and restaurant seating may be shared with fellow travelers from the same group. Seating arrangements will depend on the tour guide and the facility's setup on the day of the tour
