  • If the departure is temporarily canceled due to personal factors of the passenger, the fee will not be refunded. Please refer to the cancellation regulations for cancellation
  • If you fail to provide the correct messaging app contact info, resulting in the inability to contact you before departure, no refunds will be accepted
  • If the passenger requests to reschedule within 3 days before departure due to personal reasons, a handling fee of ₩20,000 per person will be charged
  • The day before departure, you will be contacted via a messaging app by customer service. On the day of departure, after the driver arrives, a designated person will inform you through the app to proceed to the specified location for boarding. Customer service will assist with arrangement, but will not provide welcome services (signboard)
  • Please make sure you have a messaging app where can be contacted (WhatsApp, LINE, Kakao Talk, WeChat). Please make sure your app is set to publicly accept messages from strangers
  • For guests who choose airport pickup service, please make sure your phone is on after arriving at the airport so that the driver can contact you in time (Free WiFi is available at the airport)
  • For guests who choose the airport drop-off service, please be sure to provide the time you want to board and the correct address of the hotel, and strictly abide by the reservation time for boarding
  • If the pickup time is late or traffic conditions occur, there will be a 10 to 15-minute difference. Please be aware before booking
  • If you need services outside service hours, or if you exceed service hours, a non-service fee will be charged on top of the existing fee
