For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 20 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Meals are not included for children under the age of 3
• Please arrive at the meeting point 20 minutes before departure time. The bus will leave on time and will not wait for latecomers. Please note that late arrivals will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be given
• The above itinerary is only an estimation, and traffic conditions cannot be controlled. Please avoid arranging activities that night
• Due to the different blooming dates of cherry blossoms every year, the cherry blossom viewing period is predicted according to the cherry blossom frontlines announced by various scenic spots in Japan
• The peak cherry blossom season is subject to weather conditions and the tour departure date will not be affected once the tour is confirmed. Requests for free cancellation based on cherry blossom condition will not be accepted
• Please note that itinerary changes and scenic spot cancellations are caused by force majeure factors such as traffic and weather
• Please note that the departure time and route of each sightseeing spot may be adjusted according to the road conditions of the day
• Please fasten your seat belt while the bus is in motion and do not move around. You are not allowed to get on or off the bus halfway through the tour
• If you have food allergies, please inform us of the ingredients when booking. We will do our best to provide alternatives. If we are unable to do so, you will be notified via email. In this case, please prepare your own food, but no refunds will be given
• Children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat can participate for free. If you are traveling with children under 3, please inform us in the "Requests & Remarks" column when making a reservation
• Vehicles are assigned based on group size. For smaller groups, the driver and accompanying staff will provide full tour services without an additional team leader
• If weather conditions, such as strong winds or heavy rain, make it unsuitable to visit the Kadowaki Suspension Bridge, we will prioritize passenger safety and visit the Jogasaki Coast instead. No refunds will be provided in this case
• For the English-speaking guide itinerary, if fewer than 16 travelers sign up, guests from other countries will join the group. In this case, the English-speaking service will still remain but the guide languages on board the bus will mainly be Chinese and Japanese
• In the event of trip termination due to force majeure like weather or disasters, refunds will be based on actual expenses, excluding return transportation and additional costs, which are the responsibility of the passenger
• The ripening period of fruits may vary due to weather conditions, and pre-picked fruits may also be available for consumption
• Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a traveler over the age of 18, or they will not be allowed to participate
• During the tour, bus and restaurant seating may be shared with fellow travelers from the same group. Seating arrangements will depend on the tour guide and the facility's setup on the day of the tour
