• If you are not contacted 24 hours prior to the product use date, the vehicle cannot be dispatched and your reservation may be cancelled
• For a 9-seater vehicle, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people including luggage, and for a 15-seater vehicle, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people including luggage
• If you wish to change your usage time, you can do so up to 24 hours before you start using the vehicle
• This product does not include a guide. The driver is only responsible for driving according to the schedule according to the app and does not provide separate guidance
• Prices may vary during peak seasons: Lunar New Year (New Year, Lunar New Year), year-end (December 24/25/31)
• In the case of cancellation and refund, cancellations made after Korean holidays and weekday business close (6:00 pm) are excluded from the departure date
