Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

The voucher must be redeemed on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration

• The voucher can only be used on the date and time booked
• Changing or exchanging ticket sections/seats is strictly prohibited
• Seats are assigned randomly, please refer to your ticket for seating arrangements
• A confirmed booking voucher is required to redeem tickets at the counter prior to the show. The counter will open 1 hour before the show
• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled show time. The box office will open 1 hour before the show starts
• If you are bringing a wheelchair or stroller, please indicate this in the 'Remarks' column
• There is no luggage storage service on-site
• Smoking is prohibited in the venue
• No cancellations or refunds will be given for no-shows or delays on the day of the event
• Children of all ages are welcome, but due to the potential for loud sounds and strong visuals during the show, it is not recommended for children under 36 months. Children aged 1–2 years old are admitted for free if they do not require a separate seat
• The performance duration is 60 minutes
