Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• When making a reservation, please be sure to provide your contact information (mobile phone number with international roaming enabled/LINE/WhatsApp/WeChat). Customer service will confirm the itinerary with you at 9:00 pm (local time) one day before departure at the latest, so please pay attention. If you do not receive a confirmation after 9:00 pm, please contact customer service
• Guests departing from Kyoto will be disbanded near Arashiyama JR Station and will not return to Kyoto. They will need to take the subway back on their own
• This itinerary does not include Sagano train tickets. If you need ticket purchasing service, please inform us in the comments when ordering. The fee will be paid in cash to the driver on the day. Due to the limited supply of train seats, there is no guarantee that a sufficient number of tickets can be purchased. Tickets purchased on behalf of the train will be provided in sequence according to the passenger order number of each car. We apologize for the passengers who are not allocated tickets purchased on behalf of the train! Please be aware that the winter season is closed from January to the end of February.
• This itinerary is a fixed itinerary for carpooling. Customers who are also participating in this itinerary must abide by the stay time at each attraction and follow the driver's arrangements
• Due to limited space in the vehicle, each passenger can only bring one piece of checked luggage under 28 inches (inclusive) for free. Please make a note when booking. If you need to bring more than one piece of checked luggage, you will need to pay a space fee of JPY2,000 per piece for the excess luggage, which must be paid to the driver on site.
• The natural scenery is affected by the weather of the day, which is uncontrollable. Refund requests will not be processed if the scenery does not meet your expectations
• If you leave the group on your own during the trip, the transaction will be deemed invalid and no fees will be refunded. If this results in the compromise of your safety (personal or property), you must bear the responsibilities yourself
• In the event of force majeure or unforeseen factors such as weather or emergencies that prevent the group from gathering, all fees will be refunded and liquidated damages will not be compensated
