• Any cancellations of rescheduled appointments will incur a 100% cancellation fee

— No-Shows & Late Arrivals Policy —

• No-Shows: Your voucher will be marked as used, and 100% will be forfeited.
• Late Arrivals:
  – Please contact us as early as possible at 052-003-268 if you are delayed.
  – If possible, we will adjust your treatment start time within the same day.
  – If we are unable to reschedule, your treatment will be shortened to accommodate following guests.
