• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• You must clearly provide the number of passengers, number of luggage, size of luggage, number of car seats, etc., and if the arrival on site is different from the reservation details, it may be rejected or cancelled.
• Any damages that occur when the actual number of passengers and transport quantity exceeds the option standard quantity must be borne by the customer.
• If the free waiting time is exceeded, an additional fee will be charged, so please check with the driver in advance.
• We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
• The meeting and drop-off locations are limited to Seoul.
• If you would like to contact our staff and employees, please provide valid contact information (Line, WhatsApp, Wechat).
• Parking fees are not included in the Seoul city tour.
• Please write your pickup and drop-off address in English or Korean.
• If you use another language or provide an incorrect address, your driver may not arrive on time or may go to the wrong address.
• All fees are non-refundable.
