• A minimum of 10 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 00:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Please arrive at the designated location 30 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Please arrive at the meeting point promptly as the bus will depart on time, participation will not be granted to late arrivals and refunds will not be granted
• Travelers will stay for 90 mins at each following attractions: Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Bath (including the Roman Baths), please note that the actual staying time is subject to change
• Please arrive at the designated meeting points on time to accommodate the tour
• In the event of peak seasons, an air-conditioned bus without WiFi may be arranged
• Windsor Castle is a frequently-visited attraction, travelers may have to queue for admission and the visit time may be shortened due to a heavy crowd, please consider before booking
• In the event of Windsor Castle State Apartments closure, Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House and gallery will still be open; please note that the sighting of changing of the guard is not guaranteed
• The London arrival time is subject to traffic and weather conditions, travelers are not recommended to arrange other schedules on the day of the tour in case of any delays
