Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Please adhere to the tour's meeting time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the bus will depart for the next location, and you will be treated as a no-show.
• Tour guides will be assigned according to the nationality of the participants. *In the case of multi-national travelers, the tour may be conducted in English.
• On the day of the tour, please look for a Mikitravel guide at the meeting location.
• Children under 36 months can participate in the tour for free. However, their participation in some experiences and tourist attractions may be restricted. And It's also impossible to occupy seats separately.
• For safety reasons, infants under 36 months are not permitted to ride the rail bike. However, if it is unavoidable to board with an infant, you can do so after filling out a safety pledge at the ticket booth.
• If the number of tour participants is small, the tour may be operated jointly. In this case, we will contact you at least 2 days before the departure.
• The itinerary may be adjusted to visit other attractions without prior notice if inclement weather or unexpected on-site conditions make it impossible to visit a certain attraction. In this case, refunds or partial refunds cannot be granted for the destinations that were not visited
• Please make sure that your Line and WhatsApp usernames or phone numbers are searchable and addable in order to join the tour chat room. Mikitravel is not responsible for any penalties for not doing so.
