• Electronic vouchers can be redeemed at designated JR bus ticket offices from 10:00 AM one month and one day before the boarding date. When exchanging, please present the QR code on the electronic voucher.
• Please note that the set ticket cannot be reissued if it has been lost or stolen.
• If you choose to depart from or arrive in the Osaka area, you may get on and off at Osaka Station, JR Expressway Bus Terminal, or JR Namba (Minatomachi Bus Terminal) *The departure and arrival bus stops are different depending on the bus; please check the timetable in advance.
• If you choose to depart from or arrive in the Kobe area, you may get on and off at Shin-Kobe Station or Sannomiya Bus Terminal. *The departure and arrival bus stops are different depending on the bus; please check the timetable in advance.
• The bus leaves on time. To avoid missing the bus, please double-check the bus stop's location ahead of time and arrive at the boarding site with plenty of time to spare.
• Arrival at the destination may be delayed due to road or weather conditions. Please note that refunds due to bus delays, transportation to connect to, accommodation period, etc. will not be compensated
• The amount of luggage that customers can carry free of charge is limited to ① a weight of 10 kg, ② a total volume of 0.125 cubic meters, and ③ a length of 1.5 meters or less. Please note that if there is a problem with the vehicle structure or transportation (such as luggage blocking the aisle or emergency exit), restrictions may be placed on luggage even if it is free of charge. In addition, pets can be carried in storage cases as described in ②, but please contact the bus company you are using for more information.
