Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• This tour is designed for foreign tourists and is primarily guided by English-speaking staff.
• Customers cannot request a specific seat. Generally, foreign passengers will be seated at the back of the bus for convenience. Groups of 10 or more may be asked to assign seats to the back of the bus. Also, if there is an odd number of people booking, you may have to share seating.
• Tours may be cancelled due to weather conditions, in which case you will be notified the day before the tour date.
• Shirakawa-go Observatory is not included.
• Children aged 0 to 1 can ride for free if no seat is required.
• Children ages 0-15 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
