• Even if the system says "In Process," your purchase is complete. A voucher with your seat number will be sent to you by email the day before the event.
• Please present one ticket per person to the on-site staff on the day of the event (ticket image: https://x.gd/tuhkY). As the internet connection at the venue may be unstable on the day of the event, please take a screen capture and save it or print it out on paper so that you have it ready in advance.
• Please refrain from wearing heels as the ground at the venue is poor.
• The event will proceed rain or shine (cancelled in case of severe weather). If the event is stopped midway, no refunds will be given.
• Please leave strollers and large luggage at the information desk.
• Depending on the wind direction, firework debris may fall. Please prepare a hat, goggles, glasses, etc. to prevent injury. If by any chance you get fireworks debris in your eyes, do not rub them, wash them with water and go to the first aid tent.
• There is no general camera area. At your seat, please use your handheld camera to take photos at your own eye level. If you wish to take pictures using a camera with legs such as a tripod or monopod, please be sure to purchase a photographer ticket. Also, taking pictures with selfie sticks or drones is prohibited.
• Please only smoke in the designated smoking areas at the venue.
• You will be able to bring in food. Please refrain from bringing large luggage as it may disturb other customers.
• BBQ is prohibited inside the venue
• Umbrellas are not allowed in the seating areas as they may cause inconvenience to other customers. Please prepare a rain jacket etc.
• There is no parking available for the fireworks festival, except for some (wheelchair seats). We recommend arriving by train as the general paid parking lot is expected to be full and there will be traffic congestion in the surrounding area.
• Please refrain from bringing pets with you as they may disturb the viewing experience of other guests.
