About this tour

-What you can expect-
If you’re wondering, ‘what one thing should I not miss in Portland?’, the answer definitely is a hike in Forest Park!

No matter the season, hiking in the park is entering another world that exists both in and out of time right on the borders of the city. You can choose between two different hiking routes according to your interests:

**Forest Park experience**

This hike focuses on a classic Northwest Portland experience and ends at the International Rose Test Garden.

**Goose Hollow to the Forest **

The hike starts in the neighborhood of Goose Hollow near downtown Portland, then, weaves through the neighborhoods and up into the park.

Both tours pass the same iconic spots, such as Japanese Garden, Pittock Mansion, and Witch’s House, but take a different approach to the forest.
