• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• The vehicle usage time is 10 hours per day. If it exceeds this limit, an additional fee of KRW 25,000 per hour will be charged.
• Additional costs are calculated by the hour, and even if it is less than 1 hour, it is charged as 1 hour. Please pay the additional cost of 25,000 won/hour in cash directly to the driver.
• The day before departure, your guide will contact you by adding you to the messenger app.
• ⚠️All of our travel itineraries do not include personal travel insurance. Outdoor activities have certain risks and dangers. Guests should assess their own health and abilities. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or harm caused by accidents or unforeseen factors.

• For round-trip pick-up and drop-off at hotels within the Seoul administrative district, please be sure to enter the exact hotel name and address when ordering. If you have luggage, please check the size and quantity of your luggage.
• According to Korean law, children under 6 years of age must use a child car seat. Please be sure to enter the number of children in the car seat.
• Please make sure to bring your own swimsuit when using the rooftop.
• Please keep your passport and valuables safe while traveling. If they are lost, stolen, or damaged, you will be responsible for your own expenses.
• In case of inclement weather such as strong winds, heavy rain, or snowstorms, the tour may be cancelled and a full refund will be given.
• The schedule may change depending on the weather and on-site conditions on the day, so please inform us in advance.
