• Airport Pick-Up

     – Meeting point: Meeting point for International arrival flight is at Gate 16 arrival hall (1st Floor). 

       The driver will be waiting with your name board. 

     – The maximum waiting time is 90 minutes

     – Meeting point for Domestic arrival flight is at Gate 15 arrival hall (1st Floor). 

       The driver will be waiting with your name board.

     – The maximum waiting time is 60 minutes

• Hotel Pick-Up

     – Meeting point: Hotel lobby.

     – The maximum waiting time is 30 minutes

— Additional Info —

• The transfer service operates 24 hours daily
• In the case of a delayed flight, please contact customer service immediately
• The pick-up and transfer service from your hotel to the airport must be booked at least 3 hours before the pick-up time
• A surcharge of ฿300 applies for additional waiting time
• Any extra stops or sudden changes to the drop-off location without prior agreement with the operator will incur an additional to be paid in cash on-site
• In case of a flight delay for arrival service, any change to the pick-up time must be informed at least 3 hours prior to the original pick-up time. 
• In case of a flight delay for departure service, any change to the pick-up time must be informed at least 6 hours prior to the original pick-up time. 
• If a flight delay or any situation requires additional waiting time (beyond the free waiting time stated on the website), it must first be confirmed with the driver before proceeding.

— Reschedule Policy —

Rescheduling can only be done at the latest 12 hours before the pick-up time.

— Animals/Pets Policy —

• Animals and pets are not permitted on the vehicle under any circumstance.
