• Waiting time: Domestic flights are based on the arrival time of the flight, while international flights start 30 minutes after the flight arrival time (buffer time). The driver will wait for free in the pick-up hall after customs for 60 minutes (if you are stuck due to personal reasons, please be sure to contact the driver in advance to discuss solutions)

Airport Drop-Off:

• Service: 24 hours
• Meeting Point: Lobby of your hotel or other approved locations
• Meeting Time: 3.5–4 hours before flight departure is recommended
• Waiting time: The driver must wait up to 15 minutes from the agreed time
• *In the event of strikes, road maintenance, traffic jams or other force majeure factors, passengers may miss their flights. In this case, no refunds will be given, so please be aware before making a reservation.

Vehicle:

• Vehicle Types:
  · Sedan: Seats up to 3 people and 3 luggages
  · MPV-4: Seats up to 4 people and 4 luggages
  · MPV-5: Seats up to 5 people and 5 luggages
• Luggage Capacity: Each traveler may bring 1 piece of luggage (total dimensions not exceeding 135 cm) and 1 carry-on item (e.g., laptop bag, small bag) that does not require a seat
• If the above baggage regulations are not met, the driver reserves the right to refuse to carry the baggage, and the passenger must bear the additional cost of calling a car to carry the baggage.
• For a more spacious ride, we recommend selecting a vehicle type that accommodates more occupants than your actual group size
• Baby strollers are considered checked baggage. Passengers who want to bring a baby stroller must order the MPV-5 model plan and contact customer service in advance.
