  • A grace period of 90 mins will apply (starting from the original flight arrival time); if you are going to be late due to personal reasons, please notify the driver in advance

Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

  • Due to the coronavirus outbreak, passengers are required to wear a face mask throughout the transfer service, and are not permitted to sit in the front seat. We urge all passengers to comply with these requirements, as failure to do so may result in the driver declining the service, without refunds
  • Travelers are advised to call +44-0208-886-0026 to confirm their pick-up info (including the passenger's name, hotel name, room number, and flight date) 48 hrs before your flight. Should you need assistance, kindly approach the hotel front desk
  • Starting April 1, 2019, enjoy a complimentary 30-minute grace period for airport pick-ups. If you exceed this time, you will incur a surcharge of GBP0.30 per minute, plus any additional parking fees, payable to the driver
  • In the event of strikes, road maintenance, traffic congestion, or other force majeure events that cause a traveler to miss their flight, no refunds or compensation will be provided
  • Pick-up and drop-off times may be affected by traffic conditions; please consider this before booking
  • If your driver is not at the designated meeting point, please contact the agent using the number provided in your voucher
