  2. Within one day of completing your reservation, you will receive a reservation confirmation email from Airporter. Please upload the [Luggage] and [Accommodation Confirmation] using the [Upload Photo] button in the confirmation email.
  3. Drop off your luggage:
    Airport → Hotel:
    Luggage drop-off time at the airport: 09:00-15:30.
    Please attach the special tag with the transaction code to the luggage that needs to be delivered and drop it off at the aiport counter.
    Pick up your luggage at the hotel after 7:00pm.

    Hotel → Airport:
    Luggage drop-off deadline at the hotel is 11:00am on the day of the booking.
    Pick up your luggage at the airport counter between 3:00pm and 8:30pm and show your reservation name and transaction number to receive your luggage.

  4. Pick up your luggage:
    Please go to the designated counter at the airport or the front desk of your specified hotel. Present the Airporter reservation confirmation email to the staff.

The hotel provides special tags for luggage delivery, but hotels that do not provide tags can also use this service.
