— What You Can Expect —

Bankei Ski Area, located in the outskirts of Sapporo, is a popular ski resort only 20 minutes away from Sapporo city center. The resort features 17  ski slopes, with some designed specifically for beginners, a FIS-approved cat-jump slope, safe ski park aim for children, and other family-frinedly activities such as toboggan and snow tubing, making it an ideal destination for both beginners and experienced skiers. Dining options are also available within the resort

— Package Info —

  • Standard Package:
    – Lesson Content: Introduction to snow equipment and wearing methods, basic skiing techniques (stepping, turning in place, safe falling, etc.), A-braking, and S-shaped skiing
    – Lesson Duration: 4 hours (2 hours in the morning + 2 hours in the afternoon), with a maximum of 10 participants per group, led by a Chinese-speaking instructor.
    – Package Includes: Snow equipment (snowboard + snowshoes + poles), cable car ticket, and helmet.

  • All-Inclusive Package:
    – Lesson Content: Introduction to snow equipment and wearing methods, basic skiing techniques (stepping, turning in place, safe falling, etc.), A-braking, and S-shaped skiing
    – Lesson Duration: 4 hours (2 hours in the morning + 2 hours in the afternoon), with a maximum of 10 participants per group, led by a Chinese-speaking instructor.
    – Package Includes: Snow equipment (snowboard + snowshoes + poles), cable car ticket, full set of snow attire, snow goggles, and helmet (not possible to rent separately; please bring your own gloves when skiing)

*Please note that due to the difficulty beginners may face in using snow poles and the increased risk of injury with improper use, the provision of snow poles will be determined on-site by the instructor based on each participant’s learning progress. Your understanding is appreciated.

<span class='tour-time'><strong>08:00</strong></span> Arrive on time and commence your ski tour in a comfortable car

<span class='tour-time'><strong>10:00</strong></span> Proceed to the ski resort and have 2 hours of skiing instruction in the morning

<span class='tour-time'><strong>12:00</strong></span> During the noon break, feel free to enjoy various lunch options at the ski resort at your own expense

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before departure as the bus leaves on time. If you're late due to personal reasons and can't catch up, passengers will be considered to have automatically forfeited and cannot request a refund or reschedule
  • The ski teaching content may be partially adjusted according to the students' learning situation
  • Please asses your skills during free time. It is not recommended to go to the intermediate and advanced ski trails
  • The restaurants in the ski resort cannot provide vegetarian meals. Those with special dietary habits are advised to prepare their own meals and go
  • Due to the low temperature in Hokkaido in winter, it is recommended that you bring cold-proof clothing and a hat
  • Skiing is an outdoor sport. Please assess your physical health before participating. It is not recommended for passengers who have undergone major surgery, fractures, etc., to take part. In case of an accident due to force majeure, please contact the staff immediately
  • The itinerary is for reference only. In case of adjustments to time and location due to force majeure factors like traffic and weather, please follow the on-site instructions of the coach. If certain attractions are canceled, contact the customer service center, and we will assist in processing partial refunds
  • The lesson location is subject to the weather and will be arranged by the instructor as they deem fit
  • Guests aged 60 and above (inclusive) are required to sign a disclaimer. Failure to comply may result in the inability to arrange the course and no refund will be provided
