• All experience are operated on a reservation basis, you must arrive on time. If you are late more than 10 mintues, it will be considered No-Show. In this case, refund is impossible.
• Since it is a popular hair salon among Koreans, you may not be able to make a reservation at the desired date and reservation time. In this case, the CS team will notify you directly via email and messenger.
• The business hours will be extended until the last order is completed.
• All ages are available regardless of age, and the price is the same.
