Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 20 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• Meals are not included for children under the age of 5
• Please wear light clothing and shoes
• Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early as the bus departs promptly. Latecomers will be considered no-shows and won't be refunded. Joining the tour midway is not permitted
• Please confirm the tour number on the spot and gather in front of the LOVE sculpture in front of Shinjuku i-Land Tower
• The scheduled itinerary may be changed or canceled due to traffic, weather and other force majeure on the day
• This tour will be conducted in Chinese or Japanese. If you need an English-speaking tour guide, please make a request in the "Requests & Remarks" section. However, an English-speaking guide is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. If not specified, the tour guide will be Chinese-speaking
• The return time is subject to traffic conditions
• The above itinerary is the estimated arrival time and traffic conditions are unpredictable. Please avoid arranging activities that night
• If there is heavy traffic in the Taipingshan Cherry Blossom Tunnel or the best cherry blossom viewing period has passed, you will be able to visit the Taipingshan Cherry Blossom Tunnel by car instead
• The cherry blossom viewing period may vary slightly due to weather conditions. Once the itinerary is organized, it will depart as usual regardless of the cherry blossom blooming conditions
• Vehicles are assigned based on group size. For smaller groups, the driver and accompanying staff will provide full tour services without an additional team leader
• Please note that the fare for infants aged 3-5 years old only includes bus seats
• Children under 3 years old travel free. One adult can only bring one infant under 3 years old who does not occupy a seat. Meals and attraction tickets will not be provided. Infant fees will be charged for occupying a seat. If you are traveling with infants and children under 3 years old, please leave a note in the remarks column
• Lunch will be All-you-can-eat Japanese-style yakiniku. If you need to switch to a vegetarian meal due to allergies or religious reasons, or if you won't be eating (no refunds), please order vegetable dishes from the menu; no other options will be provided
• Due to limited luggage storage space, if you would like to bring a large suitcase on board, please inform us in the remarks column and please cooperate
• In the event of trip termination due to force majeure like weather or disasters, refunds will be based on actual expenses, excluding return transportation and additional costs, which are the responsibility of the passenger
• Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a traveler over the age of 18, or they will not be allowed to participate
