Derived from the Toyota HiAce, the Robinson AI stands out from other large campers. It features an original side-opening sliding door, enabling easy access in and out of narrow parking spaces. Furthermore, a spacious rear door is installed at the back of the vehicle, facilitating the loading and unloading of large items. Guests have the option to enter and exit the vehicle from either the rear or side door.

In addition, by using a unique modification method to build the camper, the overall body height is reduced to less than 280 centimeters while still maintaining a spacious feel. This lower center of gravity not only addresses wind resistance challenges typical of traditional campervans but also enhances stability during driving.

• Please note that renting a campervan is not recommended for those with insufficient driving experience
• Please present a driving license that has been held for more than 3 years
• Age allowed: 21 and over
• When ordering, please confirm your selected pick-up time
• Passengers who have not registered in advance are not allowed to drive the campervan during the trip
• No refund will be given if the car is returned early due to personal reasons
• Smoking is prohibited in the campervan
• Children under 6 years old must reserve a safety seat and use it properly to comply with the law

— Additional Information —

• Please note that vehicle rental is calculated on a ‘daily’ basis. When booking, select the first day’s rental fee for the booking date in the additional services
• The standard operating hours for car rental companies are from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Guests are kindly requested to complete the car rental and return procedures within this time frame

• You will receive a response within 72 hours regarding the vehicle status after applying for an appointment online
• When booking a campervan driver, you need to provide the following information: Driver’s full English name, date of birth, international driving license number, international driving license expiration date, international driving license copy, and passport copy
• Please confirm the camper supplies and equipment before making a booking
• Please bring personal toiletries, such as sleeping bags, slippers, towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, shavers, camping lights, and other supplies
• For public and personal safety, only simple cooking of ingredients, such as boiling drinking water, is allowed in the campervan. If you need to cook food with strong flavors or use oil for cooking, please do so outside the campervan for everyone’s safety
• Guests are required to properly clean used kitchenware and facilities; otherwise, the supplier reserves the right to charge cleaning fees
• Guests are required to dispose of food waste and oily water themselves and are not allowed to pour it into the sink in the car. Failure to comply may result in the supplier charging cleaning fees
• Campervans are designated as non-smoking vehicles, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle
• The car rental fee already includes the campervan usage fee, satellite positioning driving navigation system (if applicable), consumption tax, and insurance
• The satellite positioning driving navigation system in the car (if available) provides audio prompts in Japanese and English.
• An ETC card machine is provided in the vehicle, but guests need to prepare their own ETC card
• The above rent does not include car fuel costs. The vehicle’s fuel tank will be filled up before renting. Please ensure to refill the fuel tank before returning the car; otherwise, the car company will charge relevant fees
• If the rental vehicle breaks down and cannot be driven, please call the pick-up/return location for immediate assistance. The rental company will not compensate for lost rental time during vehicle replacement
• When choosing a car model, passengers should not only consider the number of passengers but also the quantity and size of luggage. Please reserve adequate storage space to prevent overcrowding
• When picking up the car, the driver (no limit on the number of passengers) must submit a valid international driving license to the car rental company for photocopy and archiving. Before picking up the car, the driver must confirm whether there is any damage or abnormality in the appearance and function of the vehicle and whether it has been filled with electric fuel, etc
• In addition to car rental fees, all other miscellaneous expenses, such as highway tolls, parking fees en route or at hotels, fuel expenses, and entrance fees to tourist locations, must be covered by the guest
• If there are fines for illegal parking or speeding, the car rental company will recover the money upon the return of the car or thereafter
• If a traffic accident occurs and is not reported to the police (without an accident certificate), the insurance will not be accepted, and the guest must pay all compensation themselves
• If the guest engages in illegal driving activities in the local area, such as failure to pay fines for illegal parking or speeding, it will affect future rental services. If the car pick-up procedure cannot be completed due to this reason, the company will not refund the entire car rental fee paid
• Once the travel product is confirmed, all contents cannot be changed, and no refunds will be accepted for all paid items
• If passengers fail to provide their travel documents for inspection during registration, they are required to check and secure themselves and their companions
• The English name of the registered passenger must be the same as the English name on the travel document
• The validity period of the travel document is calculated based on the date of departure and must be more than 6 months
• Transit or entry is required with a valid visa
• There must be enough blank pages in the passport for entry purposes
• To enhance the security of your journey, the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself when traveling abroad
• If passengers fail to board the flight as scheduled, the company will not accept any refund requests
