• Vehicle compensation limit: up to the vehicle market value per accident if the customer damages the rental car
  • Accident out-of-pocket payment amount (deductible): ¥50,000; or ¥100,000 for minibuses and vehicles with 1xx vehicle class codes license plates
• Personal injury compensation limit: Injuries caused by accidents on NISSAN rental car (including death and any sequelae) shall be compensated regardless of the driver’s degree of fault. Up to ¥50 million per person
