Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• The quality of transmission may be influenced by terrain, weather, building obstruction, number of people in use, and location
• Please understand that cancellations and refunds cannot be canceled due to factors such as service changes of telecommunications providers, non-reception coverage, network speed, and natural disasters.
• According to International Fair Use Policy, no refund will be available when your device is throttled or rendered unserviceable in the following cases: Streaming TV/video online in a prolonged period, downloading large files, playing online games, etc.
• Please do not remove the back cover unless instructed so to avoid damage
• In the case of theft, loss, or damage, an additional fee will be incurred
• Should you need to return to your country on a later day due to unforeseen reasons, please contact us directly to make an extension request. Failure to do so within said time without returning the device will be deemed a late return with a penalty
• Please pick up your device on the designated day and during service hours. Pickup will become unavailable otherwise
• Please return equipments in "original condition" using the return envelope within 2 days of the end date of the rental period. (The postmark from the last day of the rental period to the next day is proof)
• Any postbox/post office in Japan is okay to mail your return package. No need to mail from the same location you picked up
• Pack all items into your return envelope and make it FLAT so that it can goes into a postbox slot smoothly. (This envelope is enclosed in your original package in postage-paid and self-addressed conditions)
• The supplier shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to transportation accidents during the return process
• The Company may change the usage fees and other service content of the Service without obtaining the consent of the Customer if there are legitimate reasons, such as instructions from telecommunications carriers, amendments to laws, or necessity for service provision
