• Meeting point description: From San Marco: Riva degli Schiavoni, 4136, 30122 Venice VE, Italy. Exactly 4 bridges from Piazza San Marco in the direction of Arsenale, at the attendant located in front of piers 1A/2A - 2A/2B - 3A/3B. / From the railway station: Compartmental Railway (ex F30), 30121 Venice VE, Italy. From the Venice Santa Lucia railway station, continue right along the embankment in the direction of the Piazzale Roma bus terminal, and before crossing the Calatrava bridge (the glass one), turn right. Just around the corner, you will find small docks and a KFC restaurant, your guide will be waiting for you there in front of these docks.(Pontile Cornoldi - Venezia, Venice, Metropolitan City of Venice, Italy)
• Know in advance:Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time
• Take your voucher with you (printed or electronic) and show it to the assistant at the meeting point in order to be allowed on board
• In particular weather conditions (for example in case of fog) or adverse weather conditions, the service may not be regular and the tour may be suspended
• The boat will depart promptly at the end of each stop, so make sure to take note of the times communicated on board and be ready to depart on time
• If you start from the train station in the morning, you will go back to San Marco at about 3.30pm and you'll have 2 hours of free time to enjoy the center of Venice. At 5.30pm a shuttle will take you back to the train station
• Please note that on certain days between April 18, 2025, and July 27, 2025, every visitor to Venice is required to pay, directly to the Municipality of Venice, an access fee, except for specific exemptions.
