• Airport pickup: Taoyuan Airport Terminal 1 Ezfly Buyer Counter (in front of the departure hall on the 3rd floor, next to Hanlin Teahouse) is open from 05:30-23:00; Terminal 2 Pickup Counter Ezfly Buyer Counter (Opposite Airline Counter No. 9, next to Taiwan Bank) is open from 05:30-23:00, please be sure to pick up your order during business hours.
• Please do not insert the card in advance. Please be sure to arrive in the applicable country before inserting the card. If the card is inserted in advance resulting in use failure, no refunds will be issued.
• You need to enter the PIN code to use the SIM card. The PIN code is marked on the bottom card. Please do not throw away the bottom card.
• International Fair Use Policy ensures that all users can access the connection fairly at all times, each telecommunications operator has individual fair use agreements to regulate fair network usage. When a user uses too much traffic in a busy network area in a short period of time, causing other users' normal usage, the telecommunications company can temporarily limit the speed. We will not be able to intervene, and your mobile network may be temporarily affected.
• This product is mainly for short-term use and cannot be extended by topping up. The number cannot be transferred to another telecom provider
• If you have any itinerary changes or cancellations, please inform us at least 4 days in advance, otherwise the tour date will not be rescheduled and no refund will be given.
• The mobile phone must be a SIM-Free (Unlocked) device, which means that the mobile phone is not restricted to use the SIM card of a specific telecom operator. Most brand-new iPhones purchased in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau do not have this problem. A small number of brand-new iPhones purchased in other places or refurbished iPhones may not be compatible because they are not SIM FREE versions.
• Different mobile phones also have different reception conditions, so it is common to have poor reception in suburban areas, less-populated national parks, highways and other areas; reception in big cities may also be affected by factors such as individual mobile phone models of travelers, local weather, location, and other factors
• If there are problems such as being unable to connect, slow network speed or other settings issues, please contact the supplier LINE customer service (as provided in the installation instructions) as soon as possible to obtain technical assistance. However, refunds cannot be processed on the grounds of poor reception.
• The prepaid SIM card number is a reused number and may not be suitable for registration with some applications that require phone number verification, such as Uber.
• This product is only applicable to mobile phones and is not applicable to other devices, such as tablets, router, etc.
