For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 17 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date
• In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Refunds will not be granted to travelers who do not participate in the full tour
• The itinerary involves local carpooling; seats are not assigned. Please board the bus in order on the day of departure. The driver will coordinate seating for elderly passengers and children on-site
• Due to road conditions and weather conditions, arrival at your destination may be significantly delayed. Please note that it will be difficult to compensate for the loss of transportation or other facilities arranged by passengers due to bus delays
• If the car is returned dirty due to vomiting, spilling liquids, or similar incidents, the passenger will be responsible for the cleaning fee. This amount will reflect the actual cost quoted by the car company
• Please note that the itinerary may be changed or canceled due to force majeure conditions such as roads and weather
• Depending on the weather, traffic, event crowds, or other force majeure factors, the itinerary may be delayed, changed, or canceled, and passengers are not eligible to claim compensation for this
• The snow lantern-making experience is a complimentary activity. Please note that if passengers choose not to make it on the day, no refunds will be given
• The Miyama ice cream is a complimentary item. Please note that if passengers choose not to eat it on the day, no refunds will be given
• Please confirm the meeting place and time in advance and arrive promptly. The bus will depart on schedule and cannot wait for extended periods
• Please note that the stay time at each attraction is subject to factors including but not limited to traffic jams
• Snow may accumulate in winter, so it is recommended to wear cold-proof and waterproof clothing, waterproof non-slip high-top shoes, or outdoor snow boots
