• A minimum of 6 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
• This trip includes lunch, featuring a delicious meal made with Hokkaido's local specialty ingredients at the Herb Garden, subject to the restaurant's business conditions that day
• Passengers are requested to adhere to the scheduled itinerary. Late arrivals will result in automatic trip cancellation, and fees paid will not be refunded
• If you need to bring luggage, please inform in the remarks field. Transportation will be arranged based on the number of travelers, and luggage capacity will be confirmed 3-5 days before departure. If luggage is allowed, an additional cash fee of JPY 1,500 per item must be paid to the tour guide before boarding the bus
• Please note that when the car or minibus is in operation, the driver will only provide a brief introduction and will not accompany you off the bus
• In winter, due to snow or road closures and traffic jams, the transportation time back is likely to be extended
