For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

• A minimum of 8 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Please wait at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure time. The bus will depart on time and will not wait for latecomers. Please note that late arrivals will be treated as a no-show and no refunds will be given, and the date and time cannot be changed.
• If the traveler abandons the trip due to personal reasons, no refund will be given, please note.
• If affected by traffic jams, etc., the itinerary or length of stay at each attraction may be adjusted.
• The times listed in the itinerary are all estimated arrival times. Traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid arranging activities that night. We apologize for any delays.
• Car models used: Cars will be dispatched based on the number of people. When traveling with a small number of people, a driver and accompanying person will be arranged to provide full travel services, and no additional tour leader will be sent. Please be informed.
• Infants and young children traveling: Under 3 years old travel free. One adult can only bring one infant under 3 years old who does not occupy a seat. Meals and attraction tickets will not be provided. Infant fees will be charged for occupying a seat. Please note. If you are traveling with infants and children under 3 years old, please leave a note in the remarks column.
• Due to the limited space in the luggage storage box, if you want to bring large luggage, please inform us in the remarks column and please cooperate.
• Nikko Edo Village performance times are subject to official announcements. If you are not allowed to enter the venue after the performance has started, please arrange the time of the performance you want to watch in advance according to the group's entrance time to the village.
• After the trip departs, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. Only return transportation costs or local accommodation costs and other additional expenses must be refunded. It is the responsibility of the passenger.
• Passengers under the age of 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by passengers over the age of 18 to participate.
• If there are force majeure factors such as weather and other force majeure factors, the Nikko Edo Village~Bright Night Edo Fireworks may be temporarily suspended. Whether or not the fireworks will be released shall be subject to the official announcement of the day.
• There are few restaurants and shops around Nikko Toshogu Shrine. It is recommended to prepare light meals before departure to avoid spending too much time looking for restaurants on site.
• The bus seats and restaurant seats used in the experience itinerary may be shared with passengers in the same group, depending on the tour guide and facility arrangements on the day.
